To improve your health, feel good and achieve significant results, I recommend an average of 6 workouts per month. This allows you to train regularly and at least once or twice a week depending on your availability. You then have the flexibility and freedom to adjust the number of sessions each month according to your schedule. For example, depending on the time you have available during the same week, you can opt for a 1 hour session or a 45 minute session.

  • Initial session, 90chf/hour, thereafter 150chf/hour if scheduled individually

  • 5 session discovery pack, 1x week, (100chf/hr), 500chf

  • Per 10 sessions, (145chf/hr), 1450chf

  • Per 15 sessions, (142chf/hr), 2130chf

  • Per 25 sessions, (138chf/hr), 3450chf

  • Per 50 sessions, (130/hr), 6500chf

    Group sessions possible, supplement of 20chf per session

  • How to pay?

    At the end of each month, you receive an invoice based on the number of sessions completed during that month
